A wrestler, match, event or report that was there yesterday is almost always in one of these places.
A different Season is selected
Takedown works in one Season at a time. Rosters, schedules and matches belong to the selected Season. Tap My Team > Seasons and tap the Season you expect, for example "2026 - 2027". Everything in that Season is back.
The Season was archived
An archived Season is moved to cloud storage and removed from the Season list to save space on your iPads. Tap My Team > Seasons, then the archive box button at the top right, to see Archived Seasons. Tap Restore on a Season to download it and add it back to your list.
The change hasn't synced yet
If the data was entered on another iPad, that iPad has to be online for the change to reach yours. See My iPads Aren't Showing the Same Data.
You're signed in to a different account
Tap Settings > Account and check the email address. A program that ends up with two Takedown accounts, usually because someone tapped Sign Up instead of Log In, sees two different sets of data. Sign in with the account that has your data. The two accounts can't be merged.
A report is filtered
Every report has filters for Seasons, events, date range, wrestlers, style and competition level. A filter left over from last time hides matches. Open the report's filters, reset them, and check again.
A match was deleted
Deleting a match, wrestler or event on any iPad removes it from every iPad, and there's no undo. Ask your staff before assuming the data is gone. If something was deleted by mistake, email us right away with the details.
Something looks wrong, not missing
Wrong score, wrong weight class, wrong wrestler on a match: open the match in My Team, tap the event, then the match, and edit it. Corrections sync to every iPad and update your reports.
Still can't find it?
Email support@levelchanger.com with your login email, the Season, and exactly what's missing (wrestler name, event date and opponent, weight class). We can look at your data from our side.
