USA Wrestling club rosters appear in Takedown's online database only after the club opts in. If you're the club administrator, turn it on in the USA Wrestling club management portal; it takes one checkbox.
In the portal, check Make Club and Rosters available in the Takedown Scoring and Stats app. The option appears in three places:
When chartering a new club
When renewing a club charter
Under the settings for an existing club
What Takedown receives is limited to the club name and each wrestler's first and last name, gender and birthdate. No weight data comes with a USA Wrestling roster, so leave Include Uncertified Wrestlers on when you subscribe; see Roster Sync.
Once opted in, the club shows up in Get [your team] Roster and in other teams' Get Opponent Teams after the next database update, usually the same day.
