Before the first whistle, Takedown needs to know who's competing and at what weight. That's the Event Roster and the Weigh In.
Event Roster
Open the Event and tap Event Roster to check off the wrestlers who are competing. Every Event has one; it's the list the Weigh In and Pairings draw from, and the Roster report can be limited to it.
Weigh In
- Open the Event and tap Weigh In. For a multi-day Event, pick the Day.
- Tap each wrestler and enter the official weight, or tap Use MWC for Weight to record their minimum weight class without a scale weight. The weight class fills in from the weight.
- For a dual meet, do the same on the opponent's side.
Weights recorded here are the official weigh-ins in the Weight Management report and the wrestler's profile.
Copy weights from another Event
Tap Copy Weights From Event at the top of the Weigh In and pick an earlier Event, for a second day of a tournament or a Saturday after a Friday dual.
An opponent who isn't on the roster
If an opposing wrestler shows up who isn't in the roster you downloaded, tap + on the opponent's side of the Weigh In, enter the name and weight, and they're ready to pair and score.
