A report on screen becomes a file with one tap, ready to print, save, post or send. Email to your team's contacts is built in.
Share a report
- Set the report's filters so it shows exactly what you want to send.
- Tap the Sharing icon. If the report offers more than one format, pick one.
- Choose where it goes: Mail, Print, Save to Files, Markup, Notes, or any app on the iPad. Scroll the app row if you don't see the one you want.
Email a report to parents, wrestlers or media
- Tap the Email (envelope) icon.
- Under Send To, pick whole groups (Parent/Guardian, Wrestler, Assistant Coach, Media and the rest) or individual people, then tap Done.
- The report PDF is attached. Edit the message and send.
Recipients come from the Contacts in the report's Seasons. Add parents to each wrestler in My Team > Roster and staff and media in My Team > Contacts.

Send a Box Score to the newspaper
The quick way: add each outlet as a Contact with the role Media, then open the Event in My Team > Schedule and tap Share Box Score with Media. An email opens addressed to them with both text formats in the body. Or, in Reports, choose Box Score, filter to the one Event, tap Sharing > Text and pick Mail.
Post to social media
Choose a report that offers Image (Box Score for one Event is the usual one), tap Sharing > Image, then pick Instagram or Facebook, or save the image to Photos and post from there.
Several reports in one PDF
To get several Events in one file, select them under Filter > Events and share as PDF: Event Per Page. To combine different reports, save each PDF to Files and merge them with a PDF app.
