Equipment Tracking Report

Equipment Tracking lists what each wrestler was issued, when it came back and what's still out, with totals per item. Fewer lost singlets at the end of the season.

What's on it

Per wrestler, each item with the date issued, date returned and a note. Then totals per item: issued, returned and not returned.

Set it up

1. Define the items in My Team > Seasons, tap the Season, then Manage Equipment List.
2. For each wrestler, tap My Team > Roster, the wrestler, then Track Equipment, and enter the issued date (and a note). Enter the returned date when it comes back.

Get a signed receipt

1. In Reports, choose Equipment Tracking, tap Filter > Wrestlers > Selected, check the wrestler, tap Done.
2. Tap Sharing > PDF > Markup. The wrestler signs. Tap Done and save.
3. Or tap the Email icon and send it to the wrestler's parent or guardian.

• Filters: Seasons, Wrestlers. No sort or options.
• Sharing: PDF.
