Weight Management tracks each wrestler's weigh-ins against their descent plan, so coaches, trainers and parents can see a safe descent, and catch a crash cut before it happens.
Chart
Table
What's on it
Per wrestler and Season, one row per weigh-in day: the official weigh-in (from an Event), the first and last weigh-in of the day, the descent-plan weight and the percent change since the last weigh-in. Any weight below the plan is flagged. The chart plots the same data.
The descent plan allows 1.5% weight loss per week, down to the wrestler's minimum wrestling weight. Set or restart it with Reset Descent Plan in the wrestler's roster entry.
