Shot Success Rate is wrestling's batting average: how often a takedown attempt ends in a takedown, by wrestler, by period, for and against.
Before you can use it
Shots are recorded only when Settings > Scoring > Score shots is on. It's off by default, and it's folkstyle only. Turn it on before the season and your scorer gets a Shot button for each wrestler in Scoring. Only matches with shots recorded appear in the report.
What's on it
Grouped by wrestler, one row per match with shots by period, overtime and total. Each cell pairs the wrestler's figure with the opponent's: 17/30 - 1/7 as counts (takedowns/attempts), or 57% - 14% as percentages.
How it's calculated
A shot is successful when the next action recorded after it is a takedown by the same wrestler; otherwise it's unsuccessful. Shot Success Rate = successful shots ÷ all shots.
