Track what you hand out and what comes back: headgear, singlets, warm-ups, shoes. Fewer missing items at the end of the season, and a signed receipt for each wrestler if you want one.
Set up the equipment list
- Tap My Team > Seasons, the Season, then Manage Equipment List. The default list has the common items.
- Tap + to add an item, or swipe left on an item and tap Delete to remove it. Up to 10 items.
- Tap Done.
The list is per Season, so check it when you start a new Season.
Issue and return
- Tap My Team > Roster, the wrestler, then Track Equipment.
- For each item, enter the Issued date, and a note such as the inventory tag or size.
- When it comes back, enter the Returned date.
Who still has what
The Equipment Tracking Report lists every wrestler's items and totals of what's out. Filter it to one wrestler and share as PDF to get a receipt they can sign with Markup.
